1. Payment

• All tutoring sessions must be prepaid monthly. Sessions are not confirmed until payment is received.

2. Cancellation

• Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with proper notice will be refunded or credited. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

3. Rates (Effective October 1, 2025)

• Elementary, Middle, High School: $50/hour
• College & ACT/SAT: $60/hour

4. Agreement

• This document represents the full agreement between 4N Math and Client and is governed by Tennessee Law.
